Customised Pattern Grading

Once approved for production your patterns need be graded for all sizes. I approach computer grading with a manual mindset and a history of size inclusive fitting. I will consider your fit standard and make recommendations such as step grades and variable grade rules to achieve the best fit across all sizes. I will also give consideration to the styling, making sure the design elements are portrayed accurately across the size range.

Digitally graded patterns will be emailed in .dxf format which you can supply to the factory to make the production marker.

Cardboard grading is also available.
